Shipping Policies & Terms: FOB Worland, Wyoming
We do package items sufficiently in order to make sure items arrive to our customers safely without damage. In the infrequent event that goods are damaged in shipping, customer or buyer should file a claim with the freight company as soon as possible. Keep in mind the freight company does inspect damaged items, so please keep all original packaging material.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

We will begin production on your order within 2-3 business days. Custom orders should ship within 5-7 business days. If there is an unexpected delay with your order, we will notify you by email.
